We are looking for a passionate and experienced person to join the Ethimale team as a Recovery Officer. You will be based at Ethimale and will play a crucial role in the efficient management and recovery of loans and insurance within our organization.

Task & Responsibilities
- Implementing effective strategies for the recovery of loans and insurance within specified timelines.
- Analyzing and assessing delinquent accounts, identifying potential risks, and formulating recovery plans.
- Coordinating with internal departments to gather relevant information for the recovery process.
- Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Engaging with clients to negotiate and establish feasible repayment plans.
- Providing clear communication on payment expectations and consequences of non-compliance.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and transactions related to recovery efforts.
- Generating regular reports on recovery activities and presenting findings to the management team.
The Ideal Candidates should have
- Successful completion of O/L and A/L
- Diploma in Accountancy, Management, or a Diploma in Insurance.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector (government or private) or any other financial institute with a focus on loan/insurance and recovery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to execute company expectations.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loans and insurance.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
