Senior Manager - Supply Chain Finance | Dankotuwa
You will lead finance and commercial aspects related to Supply Chain Functions (manufacturing, logistics, planning & procurement) to drive functional strategies in partnership with the Manufacturing Director and the Supply Chain Leadership, whilst functionally reporting to the General Manager - Finance. The incumbent will;
- Champion special projects related to Supply Chain, drive operational efficiencies & financial discipline across supply chain including the Factory, Logistics & Procurement operation.
- Manage Supply Chain costs by executing plans to ensure company goals are achieved.
- Engage & lead in budgeting, variance analysis & reporting of cost elements & performance reporting.
- Influence decisions through insight & data driven approach to realise the full potential of productivity, efficiency improvement projects.
- Drive efficiencies in inventory management in partnership with operational functions to release working capital and cash flow.
- Custodian of fixed assets and ensure capital expenditure in manufacturing plants & logistics are used effectively & delivers the required financial & productivity led returns.
- Implement necessary internal controls in supply chain including 3P operations.
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Qualified Finance Professional (CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA)
- Minimum of 5 - 6 years' post qualifying experience
- Previous experience in finance business partnering in Manufacturing Operations, Planning and Commercial would be an added advantage
- Strong in analytics and Microsoft Packages is a pre-requisite
- Exposure to an ERP environment preferably SAP
- Skilled in Stakeholder Management, Collaboration and Team Work
