Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a passion for driving growth and acquiring new customers. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing leads, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with the digital marketing team to drive inbound leads.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue leads through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and online research.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate inbound leads.
  • Follow up on leads generated by the digital marketing team and qualify them for sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase our solutions and services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with digital marketing teams and collaborating on lead generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
