Senior Software Development Specialist – DMS, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 & Power Platform | Doha Qatar
Job Role
- Develops software solutions based on DMS, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 & Power Platform by studying requirements analysis and information needs, conferring with stakeholders and IT Management.
- Manage the overall solution architecture and design of the solution for new requirements and enhancements
- Understand business goals and drivers and translate those into an appropriate technical solution
- Performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
- Research, analyze and select technical approaches for solving difficult and challenging development and integration problems.
- Analyze and resolve problems related to performance, data, software, servers, and usage.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
- 9+ years of experience in similar role
- Relevant certifications related to software development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand the long-term and short-term perspectives of requirements/situations
- Understanding of business process principles and tools
- Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
