Senior Executive - Inbound Tourism Department | Kirulapone (Colombo 06)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at House of Travels & Tourism (Pvt) Ltd, a leading inbound tour company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field, with a strong command of English both in writing and speaking. Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate inbound tour activities, ensuring seamless execution of travel itineraries.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Liaise with hotels, and other vendors to secure bookings and arrangements.
- Prepare detailed travel proposals and quotations for clients, adhering to company standards and pricing guidelines.
- Assist in the development of new tour packages and promotional materials to enhance our product offerings.
- Provide on-site support and assistance to clients during their travels, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote our services and attract new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the inbound tour industry.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Knowledge of local attractions, destinations, and cultural experiences preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
