Job Summary:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be a key player in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems, processes, and equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
Job Profile:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and analyze electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
- Lead and participate in electrical engineering projects, from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and team management.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols, identify potential electrical hazards, and work to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure electrical systems meet stringent quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records, including electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and engineering documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, energy efficiency, and cost savings through the application of new technologies and best practices..
Person Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN), PLC programming, and familiarity with industrial automation and control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and address complex electrical issues.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- A strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations and standards.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PE license) are a plus.
- A genuine passion for electrical engineering and a desire to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
