Key Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt and effective response to user inquiries.
- Maintain high availability for addressing user concerns.
- Uphold quality standards in service delivery.
- Take ownership of escalated helpdesk issues.
- Achieve Helpdesk SLA targets.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to enhance support services.
- Manage the allocation and recovery of IT equipment.
- Adhere to specified deadlines for equipment allocation and recovery.
- Ensure the quality-of-service delivery in equipment-related tasks.
- Proficiently install and configure both hardware and software components.
- Prioritize quality in service delivery during installation and configuration processes.
- Exhibit strong negotiating skills when dealing with vendors.
- Establish effective coordination with vendors for procurement and service-related activities.
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar role.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to respond to inquiries promptly.
- Demonstrated proficiency in installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors.
- Commitment to achieving and maintaining high service quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
