We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Assistant to join our Korean SPA Accessories team. You will be based at Nawagamuwa - Ranala and this is a high visibility role which provides an opportunity to gain a broad perspective across the Organization and help us maintain the highest standards of quality in our products.
Job Profile:
- Maintaining accepted IT operational service standards.
- Monitoring & maintaining computer systems.
- Proactively resolve issues in computer hardware engineering operating systems & computer network systems.
- Monitoring IT reports & inventory.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
Person Profile:
- Diploma / Higher Diploma in IT from a recognized institute.
- Prior experience in IT Administration / Networking is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Age should be between 20-28 Years.
- High proficiency in Google Workspace
- Knowledge in IT tools & concepts, such as operating systems & internet protocol suites, etc.
- Trainees are also considered for this position.
