- පුද්ගලාරෝපිත පාරිභෝගික සේවාවක් සැපයීම, අපගේ නිෂ්පාදන පරාසය හරහා පාරිභෝගිකයින්ට මග පෙන්වීම සහ ඔවුන්ගේ අවශ්‍යතා සහ මනාපයන් මත පදනම්ව සකස් කළ නිර්දේශ ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම.
- නිෂ්පාදන භාවිතය නිරූපණය කිරීම සහ සම රැකවරණය සහ වේශ නිරූපණ ක්‍රම පිළිබඳ උපදෙස් ලබා දීම.
- කළමනාකරණය විසින් අර්ථ දක්වා ඇති පරිදි විකුණුම් ඉලක්ක, පාරිභෝගික සේවා ලකුණු සහ අනෙකුත් කාර්ය සාධන ප්‍රමිතික කෙරෙහි අවධානය යොමු කරමින් ප්රධාන KPIs සපුරාලීම සහ ඉක්මවා යාම.
- පාරිභෝගික තෘප්තිය සහතික කරමින් පාරිභෝගික විමසීම් සහ පැමිණිලි කඩිනමින් සහ වෘත්තීයමය වශයෙන් විසඳන්න.
- ඉන්වෙන්ටරි කළමනාකරණයට සහභාගී වීම සහ පිළිවෙලට, හොඳින් ගබඩා කර ඇති විකුණුම් පවත්වා ගැනීම
- රූපලාවන්‍ය ක්ෂේත්රයේ නවතම ප්‍රවණතා සහ වර්ධනයන් පිළිබඳව, විශේෂයෙන් සම රැකවරණය සහ වේශ නිරූපණය පිළිබඳව දැනුවත්ව සිටින්න.
- අවශ්‍ය පරිදි විකුණුම් සිදුවීම්, පුහුණුවීම් සහ රැස්වීම්වලට සහභාගී වන්න.

- රූපලාවන්‍ය ක්ෂේත්රයේ අවම වශයෙන් වසර 2ක පළපුරුද්ද.
- සම රැකවරණය සහ වේශ නිරූපණ නිෂ්පාදන සහ යෙදුම් ශිල්පීය ක්‍රම පිළිබඳ දැඩි දැනුමක්.
- සුවිශේෂී පාරිභෝගික සේවා කුසලතා, ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් සඳහා අමතර සැතපුමක් යාමට කැපවීම.
- ඉංග්‍රීසි භාෂාවෙන් චතුර ලෙස සන්නිවේදනය කිරීමට හැකි විය යුතුය

Job Description:
We are seeking a Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about skincare and makeup, possess a strong customer service focus, and have a keen interest in the beauty industry. The Beauty Advisor will guide customers to the best products for their needs and demonstrate how to use these products to achieve desired results. Compensation will include a significant commission component, rewarding the successful candidate for meeting and exceeding sales targets and other key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer service, guiding customers through our product range, and making tailored recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product usage and offer advice on skincare and makeup application techniques.
- Meet and exceed key KPIs, focusing on sales targets, customer service scores, and other performance metrics as defined by management.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in inventory management and maintain a neat, well-stocked sales floor.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry, particularly regarding skincare and makeup.
- Attend sales events, trainings, and meetings as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of skincare and makeup products and application techniques.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to going the extra mile for customers.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
