System Support Associate (24X7 Team)
The ideal candidate will get an opportunity to enhance knowledge with the state of art technology on banking related environment.
The Role
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues of the customer network of LOLC with the support of a specialized technical team.
The Profile
- Basic knowledge in computer software and hardware is required
- Previous experience in IT technical functions will be an added advantage
- Required good customer handling skills and communication skills
- Willingness to work on 8 hours shift on roster basis
