Our customer is fast-growing Australian and NZ Recruitment Company. Company looking to globalize their operations. Our customer is looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) / Accountant to help facilitate the influx of business we receive in Australia and NZ.

Our customer's office is located at Orion City. You will be servicing our customers Australian based corporate Director on a daily basis after a few weeks of training.

Work hours are as below 
  • Monday-Friday 07.00AM – 03.30PM
  • Saturday 07.00AM – 11.00AM

Salary Range - 100,000 - 150,000

You will be working in a small team environment or individually. Full training will be provided for successful candidates.

Our Customer’s future employees will need to possess the following qualities:
  • Attend to director's emails, letters, and messages.
  • Full management of Directors diary (Shared Google Diary)
  • Organizing Directors travel plans nationally and internationally
  • Tasks related to Credit Control
  • Screening phone calls and other inquiries that come to director .
  • Run various reports from our accounting system ( Xero ) and investigate  some matters .
  • Creating and handling in-office systems, such as filing and other methods of data management.
  • Conducting certain  research  for products and services on behalf of the director .
  • Make sure that the Director  is prepared for meetings, as well as organizing and attending meetings themselves. Make sure all things thought trough and organize for the director.
  • Taking notes and recording minutes of a meeting
  • Working closely with clients, fellow staff members, and outside business contacts
  • Handling certain budgets and accounts
  • Delegating on behalf of the Director
  • Weighing in on decision-making processes by presenting reasonable, fact-based points of view
  • Carrying out specific projects or tasks as instructed by the Director-  professional and personal
  • Payroll/Accounting experience will be advantageous.
