Head of Corporate Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy to increase sales, market share and profitability.
  • Lead a team of corporate sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts with potential customers.
  • Create sales, marketing plans and materials.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Create reports and present progress to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven track record of successful corporate sales experience
  • In-depth knowledge of strategic sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze customer data and identify potential sales opportunities
Basic Salary + Commission (Package over 200,000LKR)
