Head of Corporate Sales
- Manages Strategic Business unit to achieve company Objectives in terms of revenue, profitability, human resources, product and market developments
- Upgrades corporate sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Develops, maintains and improves relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty.
- Minimum 5 Years’ experience in similar capacity including experience in portfolio management.
- Professional Full or Part qualification in marketing from a recognized institute (CIM/SLIM) with sound academic qualification will be a distinct advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Sinhala languages (Tamil language proficiency will be advantageous)
- Be a target oriented self-starter, exhibiting a high level of initiatives.
- Age between 30-45 years
