Sales & Marketing Executive - Agri Sector Products

Key Responsibilities:
  • Devising and generating marketing idea and strategies
  • Execution of activities in line with marketing strategies
  • Improving, design marketing content and conversion of the company communications
  • Undertaking client visits to promote the products
  • Responsible for generating social media campaign literature with the agency and maintain a track of relevant promotions
  • Implement and execute campaigns to nurture leads and customers
  • Environmental scanning for competitor activity, business opportunities and other relevant developments
  • Maintaining and following up on sales leads and managing the database
  • Conducting sales calls for potential clients

Other required skills and attributes:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience 
  • Part professional qualification or following a professional qualification at a recognized institute
  • Good English & Sinhala communication skills (Speaking & Writing)
  • Familiarity for using digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Driving and riding license
