QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in handling ticket issuance, cancellations, refunds, visa consultations and outbound operations
- Should be IATA certified or equivalent qualifications
- Comprehensive GDS knowledge preferable Amadeus
- Thorough destination knowledge
- Excellent Communications, interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Familiar with MS office
- Experience in handling corporate clients will be an added advantage
- Age – below 45 years
