With the recent Acquisition of "BASKIN ROBINS", the world's largest chain of ice cream specialty shop restaurant and "DELIFRANCE", restaurant which serves "French style" baked products, Softlogic Restaurants (Pvt) Ltd has become the Fastest Growing Restaurant chain in the country. Our new restaurant venture is "CRYSTAL JADE" and this is Singapore restaurant chain, which is operating under Micheline Star grade in most of the countries it operates. We hoping to recruit talented, competent people for the below designation to CRYSTAL JADE.
Supervisor
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure profitability of the restaurant by achieving the sales target set by Management
- Ensure smooth flow of the entire operations on a daily basis
- Ensure all the staff adhere to Crystal Jade Kitchen's food quality standards and customer service standards
- Ensure the work safety, training and well-being of all staff in the restaurant
- Ensure the security of cash and company properties in the restaurant
- Ensure the overall cleanliness of restaurant
- Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and tools used in the restaurant
- Take orders and set tables
- Set time-table for the staff
- Assist supervisor in daily operation of service department
- Attend customer's complaints and requests when necessary
Requirements
- Age between 25-35 years.
- Profit and loss accountability
- Competent in the service flow and procedures
- Knows the restaurant concept
- Possess sound knowledge of all the menu items
- Knows the various payment methods
- Well-versed with the restaurant layout and table numberings
- Knows the ongoing promotions
- Able to manage, supervise and coach all FOH staff
