ප්‍රධාන යුතුකම් සහ වගකීම් -
- ශීතකරණ, කාර්මික ප්‍රමාණයේ වාෂ්ප කුකර්, ශීතකරණ, අයිස් යන්ත්‍ර, රෙදි සෝදන යන්ත්‍ර, උඳුන්, පිඟන් සෝදන යන්ත්‍ර සහ ජල සිසිලන යන්ත්‍ර වැනි විවිධාකාර මුළුතැන්ගෙයි සහ ශීතකරණ උපකරණවල අලුත්වැඩියා සහ නඩත්තු රාජකාරි ඉටු කිරීම.
- උපකරණ වරින් වර පරීක්ෂා කිරීම, පිරිසිදු කිරීම.
- නව උපකරණ ස්ථාපනය කිරීම සිදු කිරීම; කාන්දුවීම් මත අලුත්වැඩියා කටයුතු සිදු කිරීම; සැකසුම් හෝ රැහැන් පාලනයන් සහතික කිරීම; පැරණි හෝ දෝෂ සහිත උපකරණ කොටස් වෙනස් කිරීම.
- නඩත්තු ගැටළු සඳහා ඵලදායී විසඳුම් සැපයීම සඳහා අනෙකුත් නඩත්තු සේවකයින්, සමාගමේ නිලධාරීන් සහ කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය සමඟ සහයෝගයෙන් කටයුතු කිරීම.
- නඩත්තු කළමණාකරුට පැවරිය හැකි වෙනත් රාජකාරි ඉටු කිරීම.
අවශ්‍යතා -
- වයස අවුරුදු 20 - 45 අතර
- කීර්තිමත් හෝටල් හෝ ආපනශාලා ජාලයේ වසර 2 කට වැඩි පළපුරුද්ද.

Maintenance Technician
Key Duties & Responsibilities -
- Perform repairs and maintenance duties on a wide variety of kitchen and refrigeration equipment such as walk-in freezers, industrial-sized steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines, washers, ovens, dishwashers, and water coolers.
- Carry out periodic inspection, cleaning, and equipment servicing.
- Carry out installation of new equipment; perform repairs on leaks; ensure settings o wiring controls; change equipment parts that have become old or defective.
- Collaborate with other maintenance workers, company's officials, and staff to effectively provide solutions to maintenance problems.
- Perform other duties the Maintenance Manager may assign.
Requirements -
- Age between 20 – 45
- More than 2 years' experience in Reputed Hotel or Restaurant Chain.
