Executive - Quality Assurance |Ekala , Ja - Ela
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring that the production meet quality standards required to minimize quality costs and maximize customer satisfaction whilst ensuring that procedures and processes are adhered to. Responsible for identifying and raising quality issues and for speedily resolving them to ensure zero impact to the customer; completing audits; determining system improvements; and implementing changes.
JOB PROFILE
- Ensure production quality standards are in line with the approved product specifications and delivered the quality approved products to the customers.
- Evaluate necessities, specifics, and technical designing documentation to deliver meaningful and timely recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality standards.
- Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators including scrap monitoring, rework levels,
- reject levels, etc. and promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement.
- Supports the product development or operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.
- Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Process Engineering degree from a recognized University or NDT
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, QMS documentation & related procedure will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent Interpersonal, Communication, Leadership & Analytical skills.
- Sound Analytical and logical thinking, communication skills
- Should be a good team player.
- Age should be below 45 years.
