Senior Ticketing Executive | Colombo

We are on the lookout for a self-motivated- resilient & result-oriented professionals to join our dynamic team of achievers, in taking the Travel Data towards exponential growth locally and internationally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring Air Ticket Issuance, Re-Issues, Revalidation, and EMDs by the ticketing team are smoothly done.
- Developing strategies at the request of management for smooth operation in the division Assist in managing GDS Queues
- Ensuring the Airline Ticketing Quota is updated
- Ensuring all budget Airline credit limits are updated
- Assist superiors in generating reports
- Assist in achieving targeted revenue by optimizing ticket sales
- Support ongoing learning & development of the team members
PRE-REQUISITES
- Proven work experience in a similar role of ticketing
- (Minimum 5 Years; Experience in a reputed IATA Agent would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservation systems in Amadeus, Sabre, and Travel Port.
- Partly qualified in IATA
- Excellent knowledge of ticketing rules and regulations
- Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
- Fast-paced skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends and regulations
- Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
- Minimum age requirement 28-35 years
- Residing in Colombo.
