  • Remember Standardized scripts (for information gathering, choice of doctors, source, Time available, Processes, Courtesies, Cash and Billing Processes, Explain the bill, Credit Cards services, information about any current schemes, Referred patients protocols) 
  • Patient Profile study 
  • Doctors schedule management 
  • OP Flow management 
  • Clinical process coordination 
  • Tracking prescriptions 
  • Optical Inflow Management 
  • Conversations with patients 
  • Appointments / Call center management on a rotational basis

  • A-Levels or equivalent
  • Can cover night rosters
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and English Languages – Trilingual are an added advantage.
  • Proficiency with computers
