ASSISTANT MANAGER TRAINING - CRYSTAL JADE / SUBWAY / DELIFRANCE / BASKIN ROBBIN
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for field staff (Crew members) and visit the location regular basis.
- Plan and schedule trainings on regular basis.
- Prepare and maintain training course materials.
- Inform about the training events in advance to field staffs.
- Ensure that training material and information are updated and available at all times.
- Evaluate the field staff on their job role and address the training needs.
- Establish trainings program to suit the current organizational needs.
- Keep and maintain the training track records.
- Collaborate across departments to identify relevant training needs.
- Adhere to company procedures and regulations.
Job Concerns
- Should be able to travel in Colombo and out-station according to the Training requirements.
- Willing to work in roster basis and weekends (At least 4 Closing Shifts per month)
Requirements
- At least 3 years working experience in Hospitality industry as a Senior Executive Training and Development.
- Diploma in training and human resource development/ tourism and hospitality management or any other equivalent.
- Good communication skills specially on English Language.
- Excellent knowledge on MS Office & ability to work under pressure.
