Assistant Manager - Fulfillment
JOB ROLE
- Lead and guide in warehouse operation functions such as inbound, inventory, outbound.
- Overview the operational performances of receive, pick, pack, label items, cycle count, stock movements and other inventory related activities.
- Manage the annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly KPIs of performance and compliance.
- At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work.
- Managing the warehouse inventory and contribute to optimize the capacity.
- Lead and guide the teams to achieve desired targets.
- Coordinate with higher management and handle situational challenges.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Logistics or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in senior executive level in warehousing.
- Expertise in MS office tools (especially in excel) and google applications.
- Communication in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Ability to multi-task.
- Team player with good team management skills and excellent work ethics.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem solver and critical thinker with situational leadership skills.
