Assistant Manager - Fulfillment

JOB ROLE
  • Lead and guide in warehouse operation functions such as inbound, inventory, outbound.
  • Overview the operational performances of receive, pick, pack, label items, cycle count, stock movements and other inventory related activities.
  • Manage the annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly KPIs of performance and compliance.
  • At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work.
  • Managing the warehouse inventory and contribute to optimize the capacity.
  • Lead and guide the teams to achieve desired targets.
  • Coordinate with higher management and handle situational challenges.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Logistics or a relevant field. 
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in senior executive level in warehousing. 
  • Expertise in MS office tools (especially in excel) and google applications.
  • Communication in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage). 
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Team player with good team management skills and excellent work ethics.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem solver and critical thinker with situational leadership skills.
