Assistant Manager - Production | Piliyandala

The selected candidate will be responsible for running the Agro factory which manufactures water pumps for domestic and agricultural use.
Job Profile
- Preparation of monthly production plan and execution the same as field demand is met 100% on time
- Drive new product development in collaboration with brand management
- Process improvement which leads to cost leadership, production efficiency and quality improvement
- Preparation of monthly reports and present to top management
- Conduct training programs for the field staff to enhance the awareness of water pumps
- Support after-sales team and deliver spare parts on demand
Personal Profile
- Hold bachelor's degree in Production or Mechanical engineering
- Posses at least 2 years of experience in production management
- Aged below 30 Years
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
