ABOUT THE ROLE
The Business Development Executive is responsible for achieving and exceeding individual sales targets in accordance with the sales plan, through effective lead sourcing, and client relationship management.

Job Location : Colombo 5

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Research and seek new leads for Keynotive events and trainings, ensuring an active and ongoing sales pipeline.
  • Achieve individual sales revenue targets within given timeline.
  • Maintain a consistent and productive number of calls and pitches on a daily basis.
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell our whole portfolio of trainings in Finance, Pharma, HR, Energy, Oil & Gas.
  • Provide detailed feedback to team managers on the progress of each event and sales campaign.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Your spoken English is completely fluent. Your written skills match that. 
  • Having a minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales/cold-calling.
  • An appreciation for the art of sales engagement and efficiency of cold-calling.
  • Has a "phone-first" mentality, focused and a "wait for no-one" approach.
  • Knows how to have FUN, work hard and inspire others to do the same. 
  • Flexibility to work UK hours.
