Technical Manager | Horana

What we need
- Sound knowledge of all technical aspects of knit & Woven (Especially kids wear would be an advantage).
- Ability to guide a team with effective leadership.
- Should be familiar with AQL standards and have a thorough knowledge of the entire Quality process.
- Must educate the production team on the technical requirement and introduce production-friendly methods.
- Follow up PP schedule, participation and conduct PP meeting. Ensure that all agreed requirements in the PP are implemented in the line feed.
- Monitor first 03 days efficiency, plan to performance and customer quality standards of the new product to ensure smooth production floor.
- Conduct QCO meetings with the QCO team and prepare all the requirements prior to the line feed.
- Obtain all information of line feeding details, reports to the management on time.
- Attends emergency calls on production and technical related issues and ensures smooth production processes and output.
What you need to have
- Sound educational background /professional training relevant to the position, GCE A/L and higher.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Technical Manager attached to a reputed garment factory.
- Should be able to work in a computerized environment.
- Age below 45
