Sales Relationship Officer
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Relationship Officer to join our team at Peacock Beach Resort. This role requires a pleasant-looking, articulate, and highly motivated individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional sales results while providing personalized service to our esteemed VVIP guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling key sales points within the resort, as well as driving sales for other available offerings. Commissions will serve as a significant incentive to encourage excellent performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Residing in/around Hambanthota/Galle or Southern province
