Store Keeper
We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Stores Keeper.
Key Activities include:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders or delivery notes.
- Assist in the accurate recording and maintenance of inventory levels using Oracle NetSuite.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and assist in identifying discrepancies or issues.
- Organize and maintain the storage areas to maximize efficiency and accessibility, following 5S standards.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of received goods..
Essential Skills Include:
- Proven experience in stores keeping, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Excel including knowledge of basic formulas.
- Experience using Oracle NetSuite for inventory management will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a warehousing environment is a plus.
