- Understand and Resolve Customer Complaints
- Provide Service-Related Information & Solutions for Customers
Basic Qualifications & Details
- G.C.E. O/L Passed With "C" Pass for Mathematics & "S" Pass for English Subjects
- Excellent Communication Skills in Sinhala or English will Be an added Advantage
- Ability To Work on Roster Basis
- Transport Will Be Provided Within 20km
- Age Between 18 to 35 years
