Manager - Training (Contact Centre) | Wattala / Colombo

Key Accountabilities
  • Overall responsibility for effective management of the training function and team members' contributions towards the set standards.
  • Ensure the timely preparation of reports related to the training department.
  • Conduct a training needs analysis and a follow-up training plan monthly.
  • Develop a learning plan for the bottom performers in the process and track improvements monthly.
  • Review existing training programs and materials and make revisions as per set standards. The design and modifications of training programs align with the organization's business requirements.

  • Should possess a degree from a recognized institution or university.
  • Should have at least 5-8 years of experience in a similar capacity with prior experience in BPO or call center environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work at our Wattala and Colombo centers.
  • The incumbent should be in the age group of 30-40 years.
