As a TBA, you will get an opportunity to launch a career in Banking. You will be given a comprehensive on-the-job training termed "Aspire" through which you can aspire to become a seasoned banker. Initially, you will be trained in teller functions, banking operations, and customer service functions, in a modern banking environment along with other training on all areas of banking in time to come. THE PERSON
- Should possess at least 2 passes at the GCE Advanced Level Examination in one sitting (excluding English)
- Should possess a Credit pass or above for Mathematics and English at the GCE Ordinary Level examination in one sitting
- In addition, if you are part-qualified with a recognized academic/professional qualification
- Possess at least 6 months of Trainee Banking Associate experience in other banks, you will have a fast-tracked career path
- Below 23 years of age
- Energetic, Enthusiastic, and Passionate
- Should be willing to serve in any part of the island if you are selected for the Branch Network
- Must be a team player with good communication skills
