MEP කාර්මික - පහසුකම් කළමනාකරණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව
පසුගිය වසර 60ක් පුරා ක්‍රියාත්මක වන IBSL යනු බැංකුකරුවන්ට පුහුණුව සහ සුදුසුකම් ලබා දීම සඳහා පිහිටුවා ඇති ව්‍යවස්ථාපිත ආයතනයකි. දැනුම සහ කුසලතා වැඩි දියුණු කිරීම සඳහා දේශන, වැඩමුළු, සම්මන්ත්‍රණ සහ වෙනත් වැඩසටහන් පැවැත්වීම එහි මෙහෙයුම්වලට ඇතුළත් වේ. IBSL කාර්ය මණ්ඩලයට සම්බන්ධ වීමට තරුණ, ජවසම්පන්න, සුදුසුකම් ලත්, අභිප්‍රේරිත සහ පළපුරුදු පුද්ගලයින් සඳහා අවස්ථා තිබේ.
යුතුකම් සහ වගකීම්
- සමස්ත IBSL පරිශ්‍රය තුළ යටිතල පහසුකම්, විදුලි හා යාන්ත්‍රික පද්ධතිවලට අදාළව පවරා ඇති නඩත්තු, මෙහෙයුම් සහ සංවර්ධන කාර්යයන් සිදු කිරීම.
- නිත්‍ය නිවාරණ නඩත්තු කිරීම, බලශක්ති බෙදා හැරීමේ පද්ධති, ජනක යන්ත්‍ර සහ ATS, මධ්‍යම වායු සමීකරණ සහ වාතාශ්‍රය පද්ධතිය, PABX, CCTV, PA, විදුලි උපකරණ, ශ්‍රවණාගාර පහසුකම්, ජලනල පද්ධතිය, විදුලි සෝපාන, පළිබෝධ පාලනය, බෙදීම් ආකාරයේ වායු සමීකරණ, සම්බන්ධ පරීක්ෂණ සිදු කරන්න. ගිනි අනාවරණ සහ ආරක්ෂණ පද්ධතිය සහ අනෙකුත් ගොඩනැගිලි නඩත්තු කටයුතු.
- IBSL විසින් අවශ්‍ය වෙනත් අදාළ කාර්යයක්.
සුදුසුකම් අවශ්‍යතා (සුදුසුකම් සහ කුසලතා)
- NAITA/TVEC විසින් පිළිගත් කීර්තිමත් තාක්ෂණික වෘත්තීය ආයතනයකින් ලබාගත් විදුලි හෝ යාන්ත්‍රික හෝ බහු නිපුණතා ක්ෂේත්‍රවල NVQ 4 මට්ටමේ සහතිකය සහ අ.පො.ස. සා/පෙළ සහ උ/පෙළ සමත්.
- බහු මහල් ගොඩනැගිලි සහ අනෙකුත් ගොඩනැගිලි සේවා ක්ෂේත්‍රවල විදුලි හා යාන්ත්‍රික සේවා පවත්වාගෙන යාමේ හොඳ දැනුම/පළපුරුද්ද.
- ඉහත සුදුසුකම් සම්පූර්ණ කළ නවකයන්ට අයදුම් කළ හැකිය.
වෙනත් ගුණාංග
- IBSL විසින් අවශ්‍ය නම්, සති අන්ත සහ නිවාඩු දිනවල වැඩ කිරීමට සූදානම්
- ඉංග්රීසි භාෂා පිළිබඳ නිපුණතාවය
- පරිගණකගත පරිසරයක වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව
- අයදුම් කරන අවස්ථාවේ වයස අවුරුදු 35 ට අඩු විය යුතුය.

Trainee - MEP Technician - Facility Management Department
IBSL which has been in operation for last 60 years, is a statutory body established to provide training & qualifications to bankers. Its operations involve conducting lectures, workshops, seminars, and other programs to enhance knowledge and skills. Opportunities are available for young, energetic, qualified, motivated, and experienced individuals to join IBSL staff.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned maintenance, operational and development tasks related to the Infrastructure, Electrical and Mechanical systems in the entire IBSL premises.
- Carry out regular preventive maintenance, inspections related to the Power Distribution Systems, Generators & ATS, Central Air conditioning & Ventilation system, PABX, CCTV, PA, Electrical Appliances, Auditorium facilities, Plumbing system, Elevators, Pest control, Split type Air conditioners, Fire Detection & Protection system & other Building maintenance activities.
- Any other relevant work required by the IBSL.
Eligibility Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
- NVQ Level 4 Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical or Multi skilled fields obtained from a reputed Technical Vocational Institution recognized by NAITA/TVEC and passed GCE O/L & A/L.
- Sound knowledge/experience in maintaining Electrical and Mechanical services in multi stories Buildings & other Building Service areas.
- Freshers who just completed the above qualification can apply.

- Prepared to work on weekends and holidays, if required by IBSL
- Competency in English Languages
- Ability to work in a computerized environment
- Below 35 years of age at the time of applying.
Remuneration Package
- Attractive Salary with Annual Increment, Annual Bonus, Free Medical Insurance Package for the Family Contract Period: One year contract, Renewable if the performance is satisfactory.
