Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated QA professional to join our Team.
Job Profile
- Ensure the product meets established quality standards, including reliability, usability, and performance.
- Develop detailed and comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
- Proactively identify major issues, risks, and dependencies, and track and manage testing issues for timely resolution.
- Automate, optimize, and drive process efficiency.
- Monitor the build and continuous integration process to ensure efficiency and facilitate issue resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation used by engineers and team members.
- Collaborate with development teams to architect, configure, monitor, and support services.
- Perform regression testing and retest after code updates, working closely with developers.
- Provide automation status reports to Agile teams and the QA Manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent field.
- 2+ years of experience in manual and automation testing (experience with Selenium WebDriver and Appium is a plus) and proficiency in performance testing is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, including information security.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork with cross-functional teams.
