Teacher Trainer

Job Description:

As a Teacher Trainer, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Recruitment and Training: Actively recruit and train new teachers and examiners for the Teaching Center and Examination department, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the demands of their roles.
  • Program Design and Delivery: Design and deliver educational programs that are specifically tailored to meet the needs of our staff. These programs should align with our organizational goals and the specific requirements of different departments.
  • Methodology Utilization: Employ a variety of training methodologies to cater to the diverse learning styles of our staff. Your approach should ensure effective knowledge transfer and engagement from all participants.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor and evaluate the outcomes of the training programs. Based on these evaluations, you will be responsible for making necessary adjustments to the content and delivery methods to achieve optimal results and enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications for Teacher Trainer:
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to children. This experience should demonstrate a thorough understanding of the challenges and best practices in ESL education, particularly in a children's learning environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) or Linguistics. This educational background is essential for a deep understanding of language teaching theories and methodologies.
  • language Proficiency: Proficiency in English at the CEFR C1 level or equivalent to a native level of English. This high level of language proficiency is crucial for effective communication, teaching, and training in English.
