ජ්යෙෂ්ඨ සූර්ය ස්ථාපන කාර්මික ශිල්පියෙකු ලෙස, ඔබ සූර්ය ප්‍රකාශ වෝල්ටීයතා (PV) පද්ධති ස්ථාපනය කිරීම, නඩත්තු කිරීම සහ අලුත්වැඩියා කිරීම සිදු කරනු ඇත. ඔබ සූර්ය බලශක්ති පද්ධතිවල ප්රශස්ත කාර්ය සාධනය සහතික කරමින්, නේවාසික සහ වාණිජ දේපල මත වැඩ කරනු ඇත.
ප්රධාන අවශ්යතා
- NVQ 3 මට්ටම හෝ ඊට වැඩි සූර්ය බලශක්තිය, විදුලි ඉංජිනේරු විද්‍යාව හෝ අදාළ ක්ෂේත්‍රයක සහතිකය.
- සූර්ය කාර්මික ශිල්පියෙකු ලෙස හෝ ඒ හා සමාන භූමිකාවක ඔප්පු කළ පළපුරුද්ද.
- PV සූර්ය පද්ධති සංරචක සහ විදුලි පද්ධති පිළිබඳ දැඩි අවබෝධයක්.
- උස හා විවිධ කාලගුණික තත්ත්වයන් යටතේ වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව.
- සමාන ධාරිතාවකින් අවම වශයෙන් වසර 2 ක පළපුරුද්ද.

- නිසි අඩවි සමීක්ෂණයකින් පසු BOM සහ BOQ සකස් කිරීමේ හැකියාව
- කෙටි කාලයක් තුළ වහලයේ ව්යුහය නිසි ලෙස විශ්ලේෂණය කිරීමෙන් පසු වහලය සවිකිරීමේ උපාංග සවිකිරීමේ කාර්යය සිදු කිරීමේ හැකියාව
- සූර්ය ස්ථාපන වලදී SLS 1522 මාර්ගෝපදේශ අනුගමනය කිරීමේ හැකියාව
- අවම දෘෂ්‍යතාවයක් සහිතව නිසි ආකාරයෙන් DC කේබල් ඇඳීමේ හැකියාව
- ඉන්වර්ටර් සවි කිරීම සඳහා සුදුසු ස්ථානයක් තෝරාගැනීමේ පෙර පළපුරුද්ද තිබිය යුතුය
- ඉන්වර්ටරයට ආසන්නව AC සහ DC ස්විච් ගියර් සවි කිරීමේදී හොඳ පෙනුමක් පවත්වා ගත යුතුය.
- ඉන්වර්ටර් කේබල් ආදාන නිසි ලෙස ඇඳ පැළඳ තිබිය යුතු අතර ඇතුළත කේබල්වල දෘශ්‍යතාවක් නොතිබිය යුතුය.
- පද්ධති භූගත කිරීම නිසියාකාරව සිදු කළ යුතු අතර සමබල බන්ධනයක් පවත්වා ගෙන යා යුතුය
- ඉන්වර්ටරය වින්‍යාස කිරීම පිළිබඳ දැනුම අමතර සුදුසුකමක් වනු ඇත
- සූර්ය පැනල හැසිරවීම සහ නිසි ලෙස පෙළගැස්වීම අනිවාර්ය අවශ්‍යතාවයකි

Senior Solar Installation Technicians
As a Senior Solar Installation Technician, you will be instrumental in installing, maintaining, and repairing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. You will work on residential and commercial properties, ensuring the optimal performance of solar energy systems.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- NVQ Level 3 or above certification in solar energy, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solar Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of PV solar system components and electrical systems.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
JOB DUTIES
- Ability to prepare BOM & BOQ's after proper site survey
- Ability to conduct roof mounting accessory fixing work after proper analyzing of the roof structure in a short period
- Ability to follow SLS 1522 guidelines in Solar Installations
- Ability to dress DC Cables in a proper manner with a minimum visibility
- Should have prior experience in selecting a proper location for fixing Inverters
- Should maintain good appearance when fixing AC & DC switch gears in close proximity to the Inverter.
- Inverter cable inputs should have properly dressed and there should not be any visibility of inside cables
- System earthing to be done properly and should have maintained equipotential bonding
- Knowledge on configuring inverter will be an added qualification
- Handling solar panels and proper aligning is a mandatory requirement
