නඩත්තු කාර්මික (වායු සමීකරණ / විදුලි)
අපේක්ෂකයාට පහත අවශ්‍යතා තිබිය යුතුය: -
- NVQ මට්ටම - 3 හෝ 4 විදුලි/ යාන්ත්‍රික හෝ වායු සමීකරණ ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ පිළිගත හැකි සුදුසුකමක්.
- කාර්මික ශිල්පියෙකු හෝ විදුලි කාර්මිකයෙකු ලෙස අවම වශයෙන් වසර 03 ක පළපුරුද්ද.
- ගොඩනැගිලි නඩත්තු කිරීමේ පළපුරුද්ද අමතර වාසියක් සේ සලකනු ලැබේ.
- වයස අවුරුදු 25-35 අතර වීම.
- වැළැක්වීමේ නඩත්තු කටයුතු සහ සේවාවන් ඵලදායීව සහ කාර්යක්ෂමව සිදුකිරීමේ පළපුරුද්ද.
- බලශක්ති කළමනාකරණය සහ ISO 50001 පිළිබඳ දැනුම අමතර වාසියක් සේ සලකනු ලැබේ.

Maintenance Technician (Air Conditioning / Electrical)
The ideal candidate will need to possess the following prerequisites: -
- NVQ Level - 3 or 4 Acceptable trade qualifications in Electrical/ Mechanical or Air Conditioning field.
- Minimum 03 years of experience as a Technician or Electrician;
- Experience in building maintenance will be an added advantage;
- Age in between 25-35 years;
- Experience in attending to preventive maintenance works and services effectively and efficiently;
- Knowledge in Energy Management & ISO 50001 will be added advantage;
