PLANNER

As an S&OP Planning Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels are perfectly aligned. We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of supply chain management, demand planning, and inventory optimization to take charge of this critical function. Collaborating closely with various teams across the organization, you'll develop and execute S&OP strategies that not only meet customer demand but also drive efficiency and minimize costs.

JOB PROFILE
  • S&OP Process Development: Lead the development and implementation of the S&OP process, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
  • Demand Forecasting: Analyze demand patterns, market trends, and historical data to develop accurate sales forecasts.
  • Inventory Management: Develop inventory strategies to support customer demand while minimizing stock outs and excess inventory.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and procurement teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment on forecasts and plans.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the S&OP process.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in S&OP planning, demand planning, or supply chain management role. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functional areas.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment.
