MANAGER RESTAURANT CHAMPAGNE BAR, WINE BAR

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Restaurant - Champagne Bar, Wine Bar to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

As the Manager, Restaurant - Champagne Bar, Wine Bar, you will lead the overall operation of the outlets, leveraging your passion for hospitality to curate exceptional experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities include not only managing daily operations but also shaping the success of our food & beverage offerings while delivering world-class service. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the seamless and elevated experience that we consistently provide to our guests. You will ensure that guests feel welcomed into the outlets that preserve authenticity while offering a contemporary selection of Food & Beverage experiences. selection of Fo Food

You will oversee all aspects of the bars' operations to provide guests with an exceptional and memorable experience. Your role includes curating an extensive selection of champagnes, wines, and complementary food pairings, collaborating with sommeliers and chefs to stay ahead of industry trends. You will lead, train and inspire the service team, fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality. Your financial acumen will guide inventory and cost control, budgeting, and sales analysis to boost profitability. You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, you will work with the hotel's marketing team to plan promotions, events, and campaigns that attract and retain guests. Promptly addressing guest feedback and concerns, you will enhance guest satisfaction and strengthen relationships with our regular and VIP patrons. Your involvement in special events and tastings will elevate the reputation of the outlets, and your commitment to upholding the hotel's luxury brand and reputation for quality will be evident in all aspects of your work. Having expertise in managing bar/lounge operations would be an added advantage.
