SOUS CHEF COMMISSARY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef Commissary to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine, Commissary, you will assume a pivotal role in shaping exceptional dining experiences, contributing your expertise to menu development, and pushing the boundaries of culinary creativity. You will prepare budgets, forecasts and capital expenditures, analyzing revenue trends, and implementing corrective measures to ensure financial success. Prioritizing exceptional personal guest interaction, you will actively seek feedback, promptly address concerns and meet with VIP guests to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. Upholding the utmost standards of professionalism and ethics, you will significantly contribute to delivering unparalleled culinary experiences within our luxuy hotel setting, collaborating seamlessly with the culinary team.
