CALL CENTRE AGENT

We have an exciting opportunity for a Call Centre Agent to join Cinnamon Life, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Call Centre, you will be in charge of answering incoming calls, assisting guests with inquiries, reservations, and concerns, and providing excellent customer service over the phone. Your responsibilities will include accurately processing reservations, upselling additional hotel services, effectively handling guest complaints, and keeping precise records of guest interactions. You will also be expected to handle emergencies professionally, follow hotel policies and procedures, and collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to meet guests' requirements while going above and beyond to build long-term relationships with them.

Having experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality Industry will be an added advantage.
