GENERAL MANAGER, RESTAURANT INDIAN
We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager, Restaurant - Indian to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
As the General Manager, Indian Restaurant you will skillfully combine passion and precision to craft a symphony of flavors, aromas, and experiences that transport our guests to the heart of India. Under your guidance, our establishment will evolve into a sanctuary where authenticity converges with luxury, ensuring that every guest embarks on an unforgettable culinary journey.
