The product you will help develop is currently the fastest growing FinTech platform in Sri Lanka.


Customer Experience (CX) Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility of managing the customer experience and satisfaction standards for digital, telesales and offline leads and customers. The customers are typically for credit cards, leases , real estate, loans and other financial products.

  • Develop, implement and achieve customer outreach, conversion and issue resolution targets

  • Act as the point of contact for team leaders and coordinators from bank sales teams, who are managing the leads

  • Responsible for managing and keeping the lead management portal up to date; also responsible removing bottlenecks from the lead funnel by coordinating with partnered banks and addressing specific issues

  • Oversea customer responses on social media

  • Liaise with the Digital Marketing and Sales Activation teams

  • Manage and lead the team of customer experience executives


Ideal Candidate Should:

  • Have at least 3-4 years of banking experience; ideally in card/ loan processing, bank telesales   

  • Have an in-depth understanding of bank processes and systems

  • Good communications and interpersonal skills. Commanding knowledge of at least 2 languages – Sinhala, Tamil or English

  • Be able to come up with a scalable solution to day to day issues regarding the lead management process

  • Have the flexibility and adaptability to work in a startup environment

  • Have completed a Diploma or at least partial completion of a degree program relating to business management
