Customer Experience Executive - Club Vision

Dialog Business Services (Pvt.) Ltd. (DBS) is a fully owned subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka's flagship telecommunications company. The company manages Dialog's Customer Interactions across its Mobile, Fixed Line, Pay Television and Broadband businesses.

Job Role:
We are looking for talented individuals to join our Operations Team in our Customer Interaction Centre and take ownership of delivering seamless, world-class service to our Club Vision customers

Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Resolving customer inquiries effectively and efficiently
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to improve service
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the service or hospitality industry
  • A Diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized university
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English (fluency in Tamil is an advantage)
  • Good team player with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Willingness and ability to work on a shift/rotational basis
