Customer Experience Executive - Club Vision
Dialog Business Services (Pvt.) Ltd. (DBS) is a fully owned subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka's flagship telecommunications company. The company manages Dialog's Customer Interactions across its Mobile, Fixed Line, Pay Television and Broadband businesses.
We are looking for talented individuals to join our Operations Team in our Customer Interaction Centre and take ownership of delivering seamless, world-class service to our Club Vision customers
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Resolving customer inquiries effectively and efficiently
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to improve service
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the service or hospitality industry
- A Diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized university
- Strong verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English (fluency in Tamil is an advantage)
- Good team player with a customer-oriented attitude
- Willingness and ability to work on a shift/rotational basis
