Supervisor

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure profitability of the restaurant by achieving the sales target set by Management
  • Ensure smooth flow of the entire operations on a daily basis
  • Ensure all the staff adhere to Crystal Jade Kitchen's food quality standards and customer service standards
  • Ensure the work safety, training and well-being of all staff in the restaurant Ensure the security of cash and company properties in the restaurant
  • Ensure the overall cleanliness of restaurant
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and tools used in the restaurant
  • Take orders and set tables
  • Set time-table for the staff
  • Assist supervisor in daily operation of service department
  • Attend customer's complaints and requests when necessary

Requirements
  • Age between 25-35 years.
  • Profit and loss accountability
  • Competent in the service flow and procedures
  • Knows the restaurant concept Possess sound
  • knowledge of all the menu items
  • Knows the various payment methods
  • Well-versed with the restaurant layout and table numberings
  • Knows the ongoing promotions
  • Able to manage, supervise and coach all FOH staff
