Restaurant Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure profitability of the restaurant by achieving the sales target set by Management
  • Ensure smooth flow of the entire operations on a daily basis
  • Ensure all the staff adhere to Crystal Jade Kitchen's food quality standards and customer service standards
  • Ensure the work safety, training and well-being of all staff in the restaurant Ensure the security of cash and company properties in the restaurant
  • Ensure the overall cleanliness of restaurant
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and tools used in the restaurant Decision maker for all issues pertaining to outlet's operations
  • Oversee the operations of entire service department
  • Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service
  • Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards and liquor regulations are obeyed
  • Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at end of day
  • Coordinate the work and activities of staff
  • Guide, direct, and train service staff

  • Age between 25-35 years.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in an International Fast-Food Restaurant Chain.
  • Profit and loss accountability
  • Competent in the service flow and procedures
  • Know.s the restaurant concept
  • Possess sound knowledge of all the menu items
  • Knows the various payment methods
  • Well-versed with the restaurant layout and table numberings
  • Knows the ongoing promotions
  • Able to manage, supervise and coach all FOH staff
