The client is providing Telecommunications, Internet and Digital TV services in Western Europe. The position is responsible for supporting customers through web chat and back office operations.

Job Summary

 

The position is responsible for supporting customers through web chat and back office operations

 

Essential Responsibilities

·         Work within the Web Chat team to provide online support for fixed, mobile and broadband telecommunications to customers

·         Deal with wide range of queries related to Technical, Sales & Service

·         Review and ensure processes are in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

·         Respond to escalated issues regarding performance and quality

 

Skills and Competencies

·         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient at typing, with an above average words per minute typing speed (35 WPM / 90% accuracy)

·         Strong analytical skills and desire to research problems to seek resolution

·         Exceptional customer service abilities to handle difficult customers

·         Work effectively in a team environment

 

Formal Education and Experience

·         13th / A level / Graduated / Certification in any stream

·         0-3 years of experience working in a Chat process or Sales experience is preferred

 

Physical/mental demands and working conditions

·         Rotational shifts including night shifts

·         Use of a PC/ shared computer
