Regional Sales Executives – Galle, Matara, Hambanthota ( Southern Province) 

Job Overview
Promote Dialog Products and Services to SOHO (small office home office) business sales, negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly units/ revenue targets. Submit the relevant customer contracts as per the given guidelines collect upfront payments/settle and deliver allocated product to the customer. 

The Job
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and expand the customer base of the company. 
  • Introduce the products and related company services to customers and ensure that customers are provided with detailed information of the product offerings. 
  • Support in new business generation to achieve set business targets. 
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with customers. 
  • Assist in customer complaint management process and convey the solutions to the customers.

The Person
  • Successful completion of G.C.E. Ordinary/ Advanced Level.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in handling Sales/Business Development in a reputed company. 
  • Having a valid riding/driving license is a pre-requisite.
  • Ability to multitask and good interpersonal skills. 
  • Customer-centric and excellent relationship management skills.
  • Good English communication skills.

  • Rs. 30,000 basic salary ( EPF + ETF applicable) + allowance Rs.12,000 + Incentives / commissions.
