Functions and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating to issue and collect invoices at the time of maintaining separate accounts for each client.
- Preparing ledgers system upon the receiving / issuing of the invoices.
- Preparing weekly reconciliations to adjust exchange rates between various currencies.
- Booking audit entries into the Computerized system upon the receiving / issuing of the invoices.
- Preparing monthly financial statements manually and by making use of the Computerized system.
- Active coordination with clients through mails and meetings.
Requirements
- Finance related Degree or relevant accounting qualifications.
- A minimum of 1-2 years work experience in Accounting and Finance industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong knowledge in Accounting Fundamentals.
- Experience in Fund settlements for Investment Management firm or similar experience is an advantage.
