Gold Loan Coordinator
Duties and responsibilities:
- Coordination of the internal HR Functions of the Gold Loan Department which includes
- Screening, shortlisting of CV's and coordinating interviews
- Coordinate the exit procedure of the department
- Maintenance of records related to recruitments, resignations, employee confirmations, promotions and branch transfers
- Coordination of training activities
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly business review presentations
- Carry out whatever the business related tasks assigned by the management
- A degree or a professional qualification in HRM
- Possess at least 1-2 years of experience in the field of HR
- Willingness to work on Saturdays as per the requirements of the business
- Female candidates below the age of 25 are preferred
