Gold Loan Coordinator

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Coordination of the internal HR Functions of the Gold Loan Department which includes
  • Screening, shortlisting of CV's and coordinating interviews 
  • Coordinate the exit procedure of the department 
  • Maintenance of records related to recruitments, resignations, employee confirmations, promotions and branch transfers 
  • Coordination of training activities
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly business review presentations 
  • Carry out whatever the business related tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:
  • A degree or a professional qualification in HRM 
  • Possess at least 1-2 years of experience in the field of HR 
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays as per the requirements of the business 
  • Female candidates below the age of 25 are preferred
