The position You will be member of the Legal and HR department and drive the KYC/AML operation for opening, amending, reviewing and exiting clients according to established policies and procedures

Job Functions/Responsibilities 
  • Performing the due diligence on new Clients, requesting the KYC information, documentation, review and verification of received documentation and making an analytical risk assessment for new Clients; 
  • Periodically evaluate existing Clients according to established policies and procedures; 
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain KYC documents; 
  • Other Specific projects which may rise from time to time;
  • Coordinating an organization's administration system and general workflows; 
  • Assisting Senior Management with supervising staff, facilitating communication throughout a company and developing procedures to make a workplace more efficient 
  • Human Resource functions which include, hiring, developing and looking after employees. 
  • This involves functions such as training and monitoring performance.

Education, Experience & Skills 
  • Degree in law or business administration or country equivalent in a related discipline together with equivalent working experience 
  • A background in HR would be an added advantage. 
  • Strong research and analytical skills  
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written 
  • Must have good planning and time management/prioritization skills 
  • Ability to work independently and also to liaise with other departments
