Outlet Manager 

Role
The position holder is responsible for the operation and the administration of the supermarket according to the rules and regulations of the company and responsible for achieving the company goals in terms of Sales, Gross Profit and Net Contribution.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all administrative functions of the supermarket
  • Implementing all  company procedures  and maintaining standards in the supermarket 
  • Achieving the company goals in terms of Sales, Gross Profit and Net Profit
  • Responsible and accountable for the movable and immovable assets of the supermarket 
  • Conducting daily briefing and communicating to staff the management decisions, policies 
  • Tracking out of stock situations of top selling products, both CPU and direct suppliers
  • Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety of items sold at the supermarket

Qualifications and Skills 
  • A degree  in Business Management or Professional Qualification in the relevant field from a reputed institute or professional body
  • Should possess  minimum  5 to 7 years of experience in  a similar capacity  with a strong operational knowledge 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Sinhala
  • Should possess strong leadership skills, and be enthusiastic individual with a  positive attitude  to lead all operational work  effectively and efficiently 
  • Be a team player with strong people management and leadership skills 
  • Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
